Movement as a way to listen to a changing body, and to start getting to know the child on the way. Nothing to achieve: the pace is the one you need, week after week.

From 0 to 4 years

From birth to age 3 together with the caregiver, then on their own until 4. Moving and playing together is how the bond between child and grown-up finds room to grow.

The method

Danzatricità® is a shared educational path built on movement — not a dance class: there are no steps to learn or exercises to perform, just a space where child and grown-up meet through movement and play.

  • The child comes first

Every activity respects the pace, the needs and the uniqueness of the child in front of us — never a one-size-fits-all programme.

  • Movement as relationship

It isn't about performance. Moving together, from birth to age 4, is how the bond between child and grown-up finds room to grow.

Respect, always

Respect for everyone's own pace, for the emotions that come up during a session, and for the abilities each child already carries from birth.

About Jessica

I came to Danzatricità® looking for a way of being with children that didn't ask them to already be grown up. It has been my work ever since.

In each session my job is to hold the space: welcome whatever turns up, allow time, and tell parents what I see. The rest is between the two of them.

Certified practitioner of the Danzatricità® trademark, created by Dr. Nicoletta Genovese. [Training, years of experience and location to be completed.]
